Gorgeous neutral toned dirndl dress made from heavyweight 100% linen fibre in both a white and greige tone. The fit and detailing on this piece has a much more modern and wearable take on the classic dirndl style, which can be very colourful / costume-ish. There is beautiful rose embroidery on the shoulders, above the silver ornate adjustable shoulder buckle. The dress closes at the back with a zip, but the corset front tie makes it size adjustable. The bust is ruched behind the corset ties, with cotton lace detailing along the hem and bust. The shoulders, bust panel and hem have a dark brown offset giving dimension to the piece. The most intriguing part of the dress is the faint ink stamps along the white linen that match the embroidery on the dress and the unique brown hem panel + leather buckle.
Size S-M. Measurements: Pit to pit laid flat: from 15"-18" (corset adjustable). Waist laid flat: 13.5". Length: 49"-51.5" (shoulder adjustable).
Best fit U.K. 8-10 (or small waisted 12) depending on desired fit. Seen on a U.K. 6-8, 5'5, fits nicely but slightly loose around the bust despite the corset being tied at the tightest.
